The question we often get from a lot of folks is, “When do we start training our puppy”? Our answer at Dogs of the Feather is “We usually start our puppies, the day after we either pick them up from the breeder or the day after we get them in from a breeder outside of California”. That usually is from seven to eight weeks of age. Your puppy’s training can start as soon as the puppy gets settled into his new home and family.
